Prices, taxes and customs
All prices are in euros.
All prices include VAT 0%.
If you live outside the EU, you might have to pay customs tax. The amount of tax depends on the legislation of your country and on the total cost of your order. For more information, please contact customs authorities of your country.
We use PayPal as our main payment method.
The receiving party of your order is Bas Westdorp. When ordering from the Fenris store, your PayPal transaction will show as paid to "Bas Westdorp" on your bank or credit card statement.
PayPal is a secure way of paying us by credit card or other forms of payment. PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, the recipient won't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. This way, you don't have to worry about paying people you don't know.

Shipping times and prices
We ship worldwide, tracking numbers for your packages are entered through PayPal after your order has been shipped.
We handle the orders ourselves, and sometimes we need vacation. All orders are shipped within 5 (five) working days after we have received your order. The only exception could be that we are on vacation as we do the order handling ourselves. You will be informed.
After shipping has been completed, delivery takes up to 10 working days within Europe and up to 20 days to the rest of the world. Please note that during holiday seasons such as Christmas, Easter, Midsummer and New Years Eve it might take more days for delivery than usual due to the differing bank holidays in different countries.
You will receive a notification e-mail when your order is shipped, or in case of pre-order products you will receive an order receival confirmation with further data on the expected shipping date of your order.
Shipping costs will be added to your order at checkout after you have chosen your country from the shopping cart drop down menu.
The cost varies depending on your country of residence. The costs are based on the actual shipping costs to your country added with our packing and service costs.
All purchases are final.
However, if you have received a faulty or wrong product, e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following info included to receive instructions on how to proceed:
-email, name, address, what you wish to return or exchange, reason for returning the product, state whether you want the product(s) replaced or your money back.
Returns have to be made within 14 days after receiving the product(s) and the products must be intact and unused (including but not limited to the following conditions: the seals and / or shrink wraps must be intact, there must be now signs of wear on garments, there must be no pet hair on shirts).
When you complete an order through our webshop you agree to follow our store policies.

All products in the Fenris store are official, band approved products. The shop is run by bandmembers.
